Shipping & Returns
Shipping Costs
All our product prices include shipping costs, so no additional charges are applied. However, for returns/refunds, a flat fee will be deducted. (Please refer to the Refund/Return section below).
Delivery Time
- Orders are generally dispatched from our store within 2 working days from the order date.
- Orders requiring personalisation/customisation are dispatched within 3 working days from the order date.
- Our store is closed on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Disclaimer
- Delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date, not the order date. They are to be used as a guide and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
- Delivery dates may vary due to carrier practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
- If delivery is not made due to incorrect or unavailable customer details, any extra cost for re-delivery will be the customer's responsibility.
Return/Exchange Policy
Personalised Products
We do not accept returns/exchanges for personalised products unless received in a damaged condition, as these products are customised and cannot be returned to their original state.
Standard Products
- If you are not happy with a standard product, you can return it to us.
- Returns will be rejected if the product has been used, altered, or damaged by you or reverse shipment.
- Returns based on size, color, or other pre-specified specs will not be accepted. Please read all product information before purchasing.
- Personalised products cannot be returned.
How to Make a Return?
- It is the customer’s responsibility to send the product back to us, and all return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. We do not reverse arrange pick-ups.
- Items returned must be in their original packaging, condition, with all accessories and manuals.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to pack and send the product in a safe packaging. Damages done in transit due to unsafe packaging will not be eligible for refund.
- Dpotli reserves the right to reject any returns sent to our address without prior information.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return shipment, we will evaluate and confirm receipt within 2 working days.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 working days if the product is in a resalable, unused condition.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment mode except for COD. COD refunds will be made via an online payment method chosen by the customer.
- All refunds will exclude shipping and handling fees incurred. A fee of ₹200-₹400 will be deducted (based on the product volume/weight) from the refund amount.
- If the product is damaged or not as described on the website, we will refund without any deductions.
Cancellation
Products already dispatched and shipped cannot be canceled and must be returned for a refund (see the “Refunds” section above). The cost of return shipping must be paid by the customer.
