Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Costs

All our products are inclusive of shipping costs. Hence, no additional charges are imposed.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. 
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within seven [07] business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Saturday, except holidays. 
Please note we do not ship on [Sundays]. 
The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.


3. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 


4. Disclaimer
  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the next delivery attempt will be made by courier company as per the availability.
  • If the phone number is not reachable at the time of delivery attempt, the next delivery attempt will be made by courier company as per the availability. 
  • Any return of packet caused due to unavailability of the recipient or due to lack of communication shall not be considered as a liability on us. Reshipment will be an extra (to be paid by the buyer) in this case.
  • Any delays by the courier company is not in our hands. Buyer can directly try to escalate the issue with courier company for the complaint. However, wherever needed, we can assist.
