Return/Exchange Policy
All return or exchange requests will be considered valid only if the product is dispatched by the buyer within 3 days of receiving the original item. Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be accepted
Personalized Products
- Personalized products are customized and cannot be returned to their original state. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the products are received in a damaged condition.
Standard Products
- If you are not satisfied with a standard product, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.
- Returns will be rejected if the product has been used, altered, or damaged by you or during reverse shipment.

Pre-Specified Information: Returns based on attributes that match the information provided on our website will not be accepted. This includes:
- Size: Issues with products being too big or too small when dimensions are provided.
- Weight: Issues with products being too light or heavy when weight specifications are provided.

Texture and Material Characteristics:
- Natural Materials: Our products are crafted from natural materials free from heavy processing to maintain their strength and quality. We avoid excessive treatment to ensure the materials retain their natural characteristics.
- Unique Textures: Variations such as leather marks and waxed canvas creases are inherent to natural materials and should be expected. These are not considered flaws and are not grounds for a return.
How to Make a Return?
- It is the customer's responsibility to return the product at their own cost. We do not arrange reverse pick-ups.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, in unused condition, along with all accessories and manuals.
- Returns must be securely packaged. We reserve the right to reject returns that are damaged in transit due to unsafe packaging.
- Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting our customer service team.
Refund Deductions Explained
- Our prices include all shipping fees. However, when processing refunds, a deduction based on the product's weight and dimensions will be applied to cover the initial shipping cost.
- Example: If a product is priced at ₹4000 (shipping included), and you return it, a ₹300 deduction will be applied for shipping. The total refund amount would then be ₹3700.
- COD convenience charges, if applicable, are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the courier service and are not retained by us.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after we confirm the receipt and condition of the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the original payment mode, except for COD which will be refunded via an online payment method selected by the customer.
- This policy helps us maintain fair practices by covering logistical costs and ensuring that our customers understand the breakdown of refunds clearly and the nature of the COD charges.
Exchange Policy Explained
We offer exchanges for standard products that are returned in their original, unused condition with all accessories and manuals. Personalized products cannot be exchanged.

Shipping Cost Responsibility: If you decide to exchange a product, you are responsible for ensuring safe transit and covering the return shipping cost.

Additional Shipping Fee for Replacements: If you exchange for the same product, an extra shipping fee (usually ₹200–₹400) will be added to cover the reshipment.
Example: If you purchased a bag priced at ₹4000 and wish to exchange it for the same model due to personal preference (e.g., not liking the product), you would pay ₹200–₹400 for the additional shipping of the replacement.

Exceptions for Manufacturing Errors: If there’s a manufacturing error in the product, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
This exchange policy applies if a buyer wishes to return a product due to personal preference or for reasons already outlined on the product page (such as size, looks, weight or material details).
This policy keeps our exchanges straightforward, covering costs fairly while maintaining product quality for all customers.
Cancellation
- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. They must be returned as per the returns policy for a refund, and the customer must cover the cost of return shipping.
