Shipping & Returns
All our products are inclusive of shipping costs. Hence, we do not charge anything additional apart from the prices mentioned. However, at the time of making a return/refund, a flat price would be deducted. (Please check refund/return section below)
All orders are generally dispatched from our store in Civil Lines, Jaipur within 02 working days from the date of placement of order. All orders that require personalisation/ customisation are dispatched within 03 working days from the date of placement of order. Our store is closed on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
* Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
* The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
* You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We will not be responsible for any delay in transit caused by the courier facility.
* In case a delivery is not made by the courier company due to the non-availability or mistaken address or contact details of the customer, any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be to the customer's account.
In absolutely no condition do we accept returns/exchanges of any personalised product unless the product was received by you in a damaged condition because the product is especially customised for the customer and cannot be turned back to its original state.
Our Return/Exchange Policy is really easy. If you are not happy with the product you bought, you can return the same to us. If in case the product has been used, altered or damaged in any way by you, the return will be rejected.
Returns based on size confusion, color confusion, or any pre-specified specs but not properly read will not be accepted. Please read all the information about the product before you make a purchase.
Personalised products purchased during sale or clearance shall not be returned.
How to make a return?
It is the customer's responsibility to send the product back to us and all charges associated with return shipping are to be paid by the customer. We will not be arranging for any pick-ups etc. The items returned must be in their original packaging, condition, accessories, manuals, etc.
Dpotli reserves all the rights to reject any returns made and sent to our address without prior information.
Once we have received your return shipment in our store, we will evaluate and send you a confirmation regarding the receipt of the package within 02 working days.
Refunds will be processed upon checking the state of the product returned. If the product is in a resalable and unused condition, the refund will be initiated the next 02 working days.
Refunds will be issued in the original mode of payment except for COD. Refunds for COD will be made via any online payment method chosen by the customer.
All refunds will be made excluding all shipping and handling fees incurred.
For estimation, For upto every 1 kg weight, a Flat 100/- will be considered as an inconvenience fee and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Products already dispatched and shipped are not reversible, and must then be returned for a refund (please see the “Refunds” section above). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer.
